Sally Steponkus

Washington, D.C.

A native Washingtonian, Sally Steponkus Roche has been designing homes in the DC area for twenty years. Her sharp attention to detail, love of clean simplicity, and highly skilled sense of color meld together to create beautiful and livable homes that reflect her clients’ personalities. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. A semester in Rome, Italy inspired her love of Classical Art and Architecture, from which she draws much of her design style. She describes her work as updated traditional – classic with a unique twist. As owner of Sally Steponkus Interiors, the business has grown to include associate designers and construction advising. Some of the most fulfilling projects are new builds and remodels when Sally provides consultation services from the beginning and can help make sure the houses and rooms fit her clients’ visions.
