Kristen Tirney is a contemporary artist who loves to work
with textures and the majority of her paintings are created completely
with the use of palette knives.
Kristen is well known for her #ktaswirl series, thick textured florals,
and serene seascapes. Her original pieces seamlessly blend
contemporary and traditional design. She collaborates with many
interior designers to create custom paintings that meet their clients
needs and vision.
Kristen's work is sold through Serena and Lily both online and in many
store locations across the country. Her work can also be found in
many stores on the East Coast. She has also worked with many high
profile clients and her work has been used on the popular NBC home
renovation show George to the Rescue.

Interior design, both traditional and contemporary, as well as the sea/coast.
What is your favorite/go-to design advice?
Mix traditional heirlooms and antiques with contemporary touches for the perfect blend of both styles. Also have confidence in creating your own individual style and don't be afraid of color!
